■食物アレルギーと、苦手食材の有無
お一人様ごとに、下記の例に従って必ずお知らせ下さいませ。必要な場合はレストランより御連絡を致しますので、繋がる連絡先（携帯番号・Eメール）を予約フォームに御記入下さいませ。
3名様場合の例:ゲスト1は、カニとエビのアレルギー、帆立や他の魚介類は全てOK。ゲスト2は、肉・魚ともに内臓類が苦手だが、フォアグラはOK。食物アレルギーなし。私は何でも食べられます。
■When you make a reservation, please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements / preferences follows by example below.
Ex : Guest 1 has Crab & prawn allergies but she could eat scallop and other shellfish and fish. Guest 2 dislike Oyster & Organ foods but she likes foir-gras. I love everything.

■キャンセル・変更について
御予約のキャンセルや御変更等は、御予約の1営業日前までに、4名様以上の場合は3営業日前までにお知らせ下さいませ。その期日を過ぎますと、恐れ入りますがキャンセルポリシーに伴いお一人様につき、コース料金(税込)にサービス料10％を加えた料金を御予約のお名前より頂戴致します。
■Cancellation Policy
For any changes and cancellations, please provide notice no less than 1 business days for reservations up to 4 guests and 3 business days notice for reservations of 5 guests or more.. Any cancellations outside of these periods and no-shows on the day, we reserve the right to charge full amount for the menu per person (menu + 10% service charge + 10% tax).
